I met Dr. Nicole Distano at the gym where I train and she did a quick evaluation on me. After a few questions and some poking around, she told me it seemed as though I could benefit from chiropractic treatment. Not wanting to leave any stone unturned for relief, I made an appointment.

My initial visit was an eye opening experience to say the least. They did extensive X-rays and asked many questions about the aches and pains in my shoulders and spine. Both Dr. Anthony and Dr. Nicole took great care, not only in finding out what course of action would best benefit my particular issues, but also in educating me as to how and why I was experiencing pain, discomfort and limited range of motion.

Since that time, my regular visits have improved my shoulder flexibility, made my lower back pain much more manageable and taught me ways which I myself can make adjustments in my daily routine to keep me from exacerbating the problems I am prone to. While I am quite sure there are many knowledgeable Chiropractors like Drs. Anthony and Nicole Distano in the world, in my opinion you won’t find any that care more about helping their patients. They absolutely go the extra mile.
