These problems cause me not to be able to bend, lift or turn my left arm which limits my ability to dress, drive and bathe. Since the pain in my left arm first began over 3 months ago. I feared I needed to have it operated on. I first thought the pain would pass and when it didn’t, the fear caused me to do less and less.
